Shipping

Every Alex Perry order is dispatched via Express courier with complimentary delivery worldwide. All international orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — duties and taxes are included, with nothing owing on arrival.

Australia

Complimentary Express delivery within 1–3 business days.

United States & Rest of World

Complimentary Express delivery within 3–5 business days. Delivered Duty Paid.

Same-Day Collection — Sydney

Orders placed before 2pm are available for same-day collection from our Sydney atelier, Monday to Friday. Select the Alex Perry Sydney pickup option at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are prepared Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Once dispatched, a tracking link will be issued by email. A signature is required upon delivery.

Returns

Complimentary returns are offered on all full-price orders within 14 days of delivery. Pieces from our sale collection may be returned within the same period for store credit or exchange.

To arrange a return, contact our client advisors at clientservices@alexperry.com.au. Pieces must be returned unworn and unaltered, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

Refunds on full-price pieces are issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

In the rare instance a piece arrives faulty or not as described, please contact clientservices@alexperry.com.au within 7 days of delivery. Full details of our obligations under Australian Consumer Law are set out in our Terms & Conditions.
